EduMice Child Safety Standards Policy

Developer: Evoqtech | Application: EduMice | Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Evoqtech, as the developer of EduMice, is committed to providing a safe, positive, and educational environment for students, educators, parents, and academic institutions. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding any behavior, content, or interaction that endangers minors or involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Evoqtech strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) across all services, features, and user-generated content on EduMice.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, storing, or transmitting any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation content.
  • Engaging in grooming, sexual exploitation, coercion, or solicitation of minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
  • Depicting, encouraging, or promoting sexual abuse, sexualization, or physical harm targeting minors.
  • Sharing personal identifiable information of minors for predatory or malicious purposes (doxxing or trafficking).

2. Content Moderation & Reporting Mechanisms

EduMice employs multi-layered moderation and proactive measures to prevent, detect, and swiftly remove harmful content:

  • In-App Reporting: Users can flag any post, image, message, comment, circle discussion, or user profile directly within the EduMice app by clicking the report icon.
  • Priority Triage: Reports categorized under child safety or CSAE receive immediate high-priority escalation and automated containment pending review.
  • Automated Scanning: We utilize automated detection filters to scan and prevent known explicit or abusive media from being uploaded.

3. Enforcement & Legal Escalation

Upon detecting or receiving a report of CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment, Evoqtech takes immediate enforcement actions:

  • Immediate Removal & Permanent Ban: Violating content is permanently purged, and offending user accounts are immediately disabled and permanently banned.
  • Device & IP Restriction: Associated IP addresses and device identifiers are blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: Evoqtech reports incidents of CSAE and CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement agencies in full compliance with applicable laws.

4. Dedicated Child Safety Contact & Support Team

Evoqtech has designated a dedicated Child Safety Team responsible for handling child protection issues, urgent CSAE reports, and safety inquiries:
